Offerings for Women Nurture the creative fire of your inner voice, through creativity, mindfulness, ritual, nature and practices from positive psychology. Explore your wisdom and your wildness. What would you do if you had no fear? What brings you more balance, meaning and joy? Move through stillness into action, clarify an issue, intention or goal, manifest a vision or dream, release obstacles and open to new possibilities. Allow your process to guide you towards what is most meaningful and compelling. Tools and practices of positive psychology are introduced, to identify and anchor your core strengths and gifts, and to use them as a resource for increasing positive emotions, resilience and greater life fulfillment. Expressive modalities include journaling, visual arts, body wisdom and the creation of mixed media sacred objects. Some of the suggested activities and processes include mask-making, prayer dolls, sandplay, touch drawing and mandalas. Labyrinth walks in will be used as a mindfulness process of inquiry, connecting you to the earth and to your inner spirit landscape. These events offer a safe, playful and non-judgmental setting, and are held in the spirit of compassion, gratitude and joy. For some events you will be invited to take a simple strengths-based survey. No art experience necessary. The focus is on process rather than a particular product.
